Research Federation Visual Sciences and Cultures

By fostering exchanges and interactions between the CRIStAL, HARTIS, and SCAlab Joint Research Units (CNRS/University of Lille), the Research Federation Visual Sciences and Cultures (FR SCV) coordinates a multidisciplinary scientific program aimed at studying visual processes and visual cultures in past and contemporary societies using the cutting-edge digital equipment of the Equipex Continuum platform. With its location at the heart of the EuraCreative innovation hub ( exPlaine Images), the FR SCV enables researchers and engineers to develop interdisciplinary research projects in collaboration with artists and the Creative and Cultural Industries.
